Kansas City became our home for a year. We were attached hip-to-hip forming a daisy chain of consultants – all in the pursuit of re-designing one of America's telecom giants. Collaboration & documentation were plenty as our travel reward miles along with our pant sizes ballooned. 35 weeks x 4 days in KC/week x (4 hrs client workshops in the AM + 6 hrs of work in the PM) = great success.

Responsibilities: Worked closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences; created detailed user experience specifications which included sitemaps & wireframes; presented & reviewed interaction designs with client stakeholders for approval.

After inheriting the initial creative concept work from Frog Design, Sapient was tasked with the difficult job of re-designing Sprint.com from the ground up.
Existing Sprint sites were not set up to support the customer & forced many to call customer care directly. Sprint wanted to reduce their overall customer care support cost as well as empower their users with a site which would be easy to use, personalized & fast. The new experience represented this quantum leap in usability, personalization & performance which resulted in lower customer care costs as well as improved customer retention.
